Seder & Chandler, LLP is a full-service law firm based in Central Massachusetts with offices in Worcester and Westborough. We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our expanding Trusts and Estates Practice Group.
## Job Description
The Associate Attorney will work with clients to create customized estate plans for themselves and their families that minimize taxes and preserve assets, as well as plan for business succession. The position also involves the administration of complex trusts and estates, including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.
Experience is preferable, but not necessary. Hybrid work option available.
## Desired Skills
- Strong academic credentials (JD required; LLM is a plus) - Strong interest in practicing in a sophisticated Trusts & Estates Practice Group - Strong drafting, writing, listening, and communication skills - Attention to detail and superior time management skills - Ability to research and apply rules governing estate, gift, GST, and income taxation of trusts and estates - Ability to work directly with clients to establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships
